Project 2:

Involve six States in a train the trainer program to demonstrate the capability for NASULGC member universities to deploy information contained in the Builder's Guidebook.

The scientists from the six States will come to Washington for a noon-to-noon meeting to:

• Select a topic (we discussed the possibility of a focus on moisture control, mold and mildew...)
• Review materials in Builder's Guidebook related to topic
• Develop a common training agenda to implement in each State/region
• Develop handout material and/or other training resources
• Build a simple/effective evaluation process to assess the deployment model and the accomplishment of outcomes; i.e. is there evidence that trained builders are using the materials learned in the follow-up training.
• Complete process and report outcomes to Jill.

Possible training dates may be June 28 and 29, or July 7 and 8 or 8 and 9.
